Please send messages from the email address associated with your parent account when asking about sign-in or data deletion, so we can verify your request.
If you use Parent sign in, open the parent sign-in menu in the app and choose Delete account to remove your account and synced data.
If you cannot access the app, email support@spelling.live from your sign-in email. We aim to confirm and complete verifiable requests within 30 days.
Try as guest data stays on your device only; clear it via your browser or device settings, or use in-app options to clear progress where available.
