Please send messages from the email address associated with your parent account when asking about sign-in or data deletion, so we can verify your request.
If you use Parent sign in, you may request deletion of your authentication account and synced data (profiles and progress stored for your account) by emailing support@spelling.live. We aim to confirm and complete verifiable requests within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).
Try as guest data stays on your device only; clear it via your browser or device settings, or use in-app options to clear progress where available.
