Practice is charged when a session starts, for the words queued. Stop early and the words you never reached are refunded. A child is never stopped mid-word.

Bought on this website, used anywhere you sign in - phone, tablet or laptop. No subscription, no card on file, nothing that renews. A pack is good for 12 months from the day you buy it; a code from a tutor or a partner is good for 90 days. Your oldest credits are always used first.

We haven't switched packs on yet. If you'd buy one when they're ready, tell us - it's the quickest way to make sure we build the right thing.

I'd want one

Credits come from the account that added the child. If a tutor set your child up on their account, their tutor allowance covers the practice; if you added your child, your household's credits do. Tutor accounts get a free monthly allowance, and tutors can hand out codes to the families they work with - enter one under Manage settings in the app.
