Can I change from the One-child plan to the Family plan later?
Yes. It takes effect straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of this billing period.
What happens to my credits if I subscribe?
They stay. Practice is included for a covered child; credits are used for anything the plan does not cover, such as a child who is not on it.
Why are the prices in dollars?
Families in the United States are charged in US dollars and everyone else in pounds. The currency is picked from where you are when you pay.
How do I cancel?
From Account settings, Manage billing, on the Spelling.Live website. The plan runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for and is not renewed. Full details are in the terms (section 8).
