How to start
- Parent / tutor sign in: the main account - add child profiles and sync progress across devices. Children then play under your account.
- Manage children: add or remove child profiles once signed in.
- Block letters or cursive? Tell us when you add a child - it sets their games, hints and handwriting report automatically. You can change it any time in Manage children.

Avatars, rewards & profiles - how it works
The reward loop
Spelling practice is the engine for everything. Correct words earn ⭐ points (which raise your child's rank and avatar level) and 🪙 coins (which buy plays of the bonus games and avatar looks). Games are the treat - they never earn coins, and each purchase gives a set number of plays before the game locks again, so the only way to keep playing is to keep practising.
Ranks - the main journey
Every child climbs the agent ladder as their practice points grow: 🥚 Rookie → 🐣 Cadet (100 pts) → 🎫 Recruit (250) → 🗂️ Operative (500) → 🔍 Investigator (850) → 📡 Field Agent (1,300) → 🕶️ Secret Agent (2,000) → 🗝️ Cipher Agent (3,000) → 🔓 Codebreaker (4,500) → 🎖️ Master Agent (6,500) → 🕵️ Spymaster (9,000). Their current rank shows on their card and on game leaderboards.
Avatars & level rewards
Each child has their own DiceBear avatar. The same practice points also unlock avatar customisation sections, level by level (or a section can be unlocked early with coins).
Premium looks (Pixel, Toon, Doodle, Peeps) can also be unlocked with 🪙 coins earned during practice.
How points & coins are earned

Coins come from spelling practice only - the games don't pay coins. A good five-word session earns around 200 coins, roughly one game unlock. Spend coins on game plays and premium avatar looks.
Child profiles
- One parent account can hold multiple child profiles - each child has their own word list, progress, avatar, and points.
- Sign in as a parent, then tap Add child to create a profile for each child.
- Tap a child's avatar card on the home screen to start practice for that child.
- Tap the avatar image on their card to open the avatar builder for that child.
- Progress syncs across devices when signed in.
